Hi, I’m Carson Bailey, the owner of JC Bailey Construction, and construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Born and raised in Livingston, TN, I grew up on construction sites, watching and learning from my grandparents, who owned Square One Seamless Gutters & Roofing. From the moment I could walk, I was surrounded by the sights and sounds of the job, and by the time I was old enough, I was helping out wherever I could. My childhood was spent learning the ins and outs of the trade, working on projects during every break from school.

In high school, I balanced my love for baseball and football with part-time work in construction, honing the skills that would eventually become the foundation of my career. After graduation, I stepped away from the industry for a time to serve in the Marine Corps, where I learned discipline, leadership, and resilience—qualities that I bring to every project today.

After my time in the Marines, I returned to my roots and got right back into the construction industry. In January 2021, I founded JC Bailey Construction to continue my family’s legacy and build something that lasts. With every project, my goal is to provide top-quality craftsmanship while delivering exceptional customer service—values that were instilled in me from a young age.

Outside of work, I’m blessed with an incredible family—my fiancée, Danielle Hughes, and our two sons, Teigan and Trevor, who are my biggest supporters. They inspire me every day to work harder and build a future that we can all be proud of.
